I haven't really used them myself, as I don't find my eyes ever feel strained, but you may feel like investing in something like the Gunnar glasses. There's a number of other options, but I know that these ones are fairly popular at my place of work. (Mostly because we're able to get a particular style at half of the retail price.)

I agree with Luke. I had this issue when I was a child. I felt dizzy with a headache. I stopped playing games for quite some time and focused on other activities. Just stay away from screens in general unless you're reading text in a well lit room. Come back to gaming in a weeks time and if it persist then consult a doctor. When you do come back to gaming start with puzzle games or any other game where there isn't too much movement.

I've asked a couple of eye doctors and in short those glasses do nothing. The long version is that people are affected by eye fatigue because the eye is focusing at a certain point of a long period of time without blinking. This leads to dry eyes amongst other things. They said that every 20 minutes you should look at something at a distance for a short period of time. I don't know the science behind it but hey.

Those glasses theoretically block the blue wave length of light. One eye doctor said that there may be a marginal benefit while driving in fog or mist.
