NBA players gets fine for flopping now.
style over fundamentals
watch the Spurs; their offense is a beauty to watch. most team are catching on...
tons of show boating
mostly the Heat and the Clippers these days...but i remember the showtime Lakers in the 80s as well....
not enough defense
watch the Spurs and Bulls.
and the MUSIC
nothing to do with the game...
Am I watching the NBA or an And One tournament?
not sure what your talking about here...unless you only watch the all-star game(s).
I will watch the intros if Will Ferrel is involved:

yes, that was pretty epic.

It does when I'm watching it. I'd rather not have Usher and Lil Jon the entire game. Some games sound like a generic family friendly hip hop concert.

So the music, the showboating, and the stadium announcer never seeming to shut up makes the game unbearable to me.

Maybe not all games are that obnoxious, and if there is a venue that just plays the classic organ sports themes, that I could handle.

I can also watch this over and over:

Fair enough. But the NBA doesn't do it for me anymore, but I will always love watching College Ball. So much more exciting for my tastes.
