Thanks the surgeon came in to talk us about the surgury. He seems like a brilliant man so I'm very confident. My dads right side has gotten weaker and can no longer move his right leg and barely move his right arm but the surgeon says he should regain full motor skills after the surgury and the blood is removed.

Stay strong for your family.
Easier said than done, but they'll be looking to you for a stiff upper lip.

I did pretty well without the waterworks until I kissed him on the head and said I'd see him in a couple hours as they wheeled him out, i had to duck off into an empty room to proceed to lose my shit. That was the moment it all became so real and gravity hit me.Luke wrote:Stay strong for your family.

Trust me there is alot of hugging and praying going on right now in the waiting room.

Prayers going your way man.
I understand what its like to have family that works themselves into the ground, my whole family is practically along that line. My great grandfather worked until the day the put him in the hospital, and died the next, complaining that he didn't get any work done that day and hadn't had a smoke.
