Take advantage of it, can't recall last time these or Nintendo point cards were ever discounted. Picked up a $50 card for $35 with the discount and finally using the $5 "e-gift card" I received over two years ago when Best Buy screwed me out of Other M for $5 during a Black Friday sale they reneged on.

Anyone in Canada close enough to a Best Buy to see if the deal applies here, too? It looks like they don't sell the cards online any more. It would be worth the 100km drive to pick up a few cards ... there's a bunch of stuff I'd pick up on VC and in the eShop with a discount involved.

Best Buy had the same discount at the end of December actually. I got myself $100 worth then and I still have more than half of it left. 8)

After browsing the WiiU eShop (Don't have a 3DS) I can't see myself getting anything other than NES Remix, which I already have. I would rather get physical copies of Nintendo games since Digital game are tied to the console not the user (I am basing this off the Wii - someone feel free to prove me wrong).

You are not wrong, but they have said they are, "Working on it."

Take that for what you will.

I always buy retail releases where they're available but there's still several interesting downloadable/indie games I grab here and there.

Bring on Shovel Knight!!!

Was gonna say, there is a better deal at Toys R Us. Buy Donkey Kong and get a maximum of 3 wii u games at 40% off.

If you have been waiting to fill up your library with physical copies, now would be your chance.
