Anyone know of any good game stores in NYC? The closer to uptown the better...

I'm curious too.

Its only a quick 20 buck round trip from philly. Might be worth checking out every once and while if i could find a good spot.

that place isn't around uptown, but it's worth a look. they've got a decent collection of old games, and a couple of rare items to boot. it's a nice shop to check out, but it's probably in your best interests to just buy the stuff off ebay.

you might want to try that too. i've never been there myself, so i can't personally vouch for it, but i hear a lot of good things about it from other people. it's right in chinatown, so i'm guessing this is a place for imports.

i have a soft spot for mom and pop video game stores so i try to keep track of the local ones. can't live on gamestop alone, you know.
