Got a Kindle Fire HD recently, and got all 3 seasons of Pinball Arcade. FarSight nailed these. Just as good as the HOF collections, and the touch controls are perfectly responsive. I am getting a lot of the goals completed quickly, as well as some pretty nice scores!

This year looks good -- WhoDunnit, Junkyard, Black Rose, and one of my all time favorites, Black Knight 2000 are going to be released!

Time for what is becoming a yearly post for me...
The Pinball Arcade devs will be at the Texas Pinball Festival again this year. Really great people, that have a true love for the game of pinball. It's in Frisco, TX this year during the last weekend of March.

Pinball Arcade released Black Knight 2000 today. One of my all time favorites. Plays very well so far.

Are there any other pinball compilations similar to the Gottlieb and Williams ones? I'm not familiar with pinball manufacturers.

I'm not aware of any other physical compilations of Bally or Stern tables. However, the Pinball Arcade people at FarSight have purchased rights for a number of Stern and Bally tables as well. Centaur and Flight 2000 are examples from each.
There are other manufacturers, and sometimes the companies went under different names (Gottlieb was called Premiere Pinball for a little while), but these are the big 4.
There is the Microsoft Pinball Arcade CD rom that has a good sampling of seven tables from Gottlieb. Looking at my case, it has a copyright from 1998. Tables include:
  • Baffle Ball
  • Humpty Dumpty
  • Knock Out
  • Slick Chick
  • Spirit of 76
  • Haunted House
  • Cue Ball Wizard

Pinball Gold Pack is now on sale at GOG for $2.99 until the 11th. I had no idea they had the DICE pinball games there! You get -
