I should've given this to someone.

Although, this one comic is pretty much how I would end up:

*bump*

It's days like these that if I didn't know how to cook, I'd shoot myself.

Surprised my wife this morning with a breakfast consisting of German pancakes with homemade vanilla syrup, pan fried pancetta, bananas flambe, and freshly squeezed orange juice.

I ate shredded wheat. I'm easy like that.

Tonight I'm making a roasted carrot soup with french bread straight out of the bread machine. After that I'm taking her to an even at the art museum, and that should call it a night.

As for gifts, I made a "Reasons I Love You" sketch book, full of sketches I drew with colored pencils.

Whachoo doing for the "holiday"?

I'm relieving my wife at the hospital. Planning on leaving roses (or some other type of flowers) in her car as we can't bring flowers into the hospital.

They have those at all the pizza places around here. My wife works tonight and is currently sleeping since she worked all night last night.

She will wake up to heart shaped pizzas and valentine's day cards from "The Oatmeal."

Also...just so you guys know GoG has a crazy 90% off sale on multiplayer games, 80% on D&D games AND Dungeon Keeper Free for valentine's day.

^Nice. Heart shaped pizzas are kind of a thing now.

Before a short rant, here's my pup greeting my wife on Valentine's Day circa 2013:

Now that that is out of the way...

Vermont Teddy Bears and FTD.

Are these companies restricted to complete idiots, the super rich, or a combination of both?

For a dozen of the cheapest roses from FTD, you cough up $62.00 before tip. The Fresh Market sells some of the most beautiful roses I've ever seen at $17 a dozen, or $30 for two dozen. And get this, they'll add babies breath and greenery if you are polite, and will wrap the bouquet for free.

Around $120 for a Teddy Bear at Vermont Teddy Bears. Their commercials keep reminding me that women hate flowers, are afraid that chocolate will make them fat, but they NEED a four foot teddy bear. No. No they don't.

Not only don't they need one, they don't need one unless they are under the age of 15 or have "issues".

Obviously people are buying this crap for the reason of convenience, but how lazy are these people who can't take five minutes to swing by a store? I'll never understand it.

My wife and I usually skip Valentine's Day gifts/festivities, which is part of why she is my valentine.

I made my Fiance her very own edible arrangement (since I was not going to pay $70 for one). She has wanted one of those darn things for years. Have dinner reservations for a fondue restaurant later on tonight then ending the evening with a Rom Com movie marathon! Kill me now.. Haha, not really. Its her day and she should be able to enjoy a nice movie with Gerard Butler speaking from beyond the grave. :) Happy V-Day Racketeers!
I am buying all Saturn games, PM me with your offerings and I will let you know if I need the game or not! (Everything must be CIB)

Currently trying to knock off all the sports games, would like to get them <$5 each! Of course if you would like to donate them I will gladly pay the shipping! :)
