Gaming habits...when I was a kid I was obsessed with Street Fighter II. I would play for hours at a time but I could never get past Ryu. He kicked my ass every time. I used to get so frustrated I'd dig my fingernails into my forehead and scream. Anyone else go psycho like this?

Did you do this in a dark, empty room filled with posters of Robert Smith and Ian Curtis while listening to the music of Bauhaus?

I think he meant more in a frustrated crazy, Ed Grimley, sort of way.

And yes, when I was a young lad I used to get so mad at Ninja Gaiden I'm yell profanities and throw the cortoller at the TV. Also this would happen if I died and my brother started mocking me, but it would be usually throw at his head. I'm much calmer now.

and no games on the toilet except Scrabble on my mobile phone.

Yeah, I just wanted to take the opportunity to crack a goth joke. It was less funny than expected.

No, I was in a well lit room with my dresser in the corner covered in my vast collection of Power Ranger toys. I had a closet in that room with a door that I had to be closed every night because if it wasn't, I'd lay awake and stare at it and how dark it was and I would always imagine a murderer coming out of there the second I closed my eyes. But yeah, I'd just push my fingernails against my face real hard and pull down slightly. The equivalent to this now is that, lets say I'm playing Halo 3 and I get n00bed by some guy, I'll just mutter "well shit..." to myself and punch my thigh. I'm still scared of murderers though.
