When I was a kid I once drank one of those "old-fashioned" glass-bottle cream sodas that's labeled as "cream ale." I was so paranoid after, I thought I had actually consumed alcohol and I waited around anxiously for the effects to kick in. Nothing happened, of course - but I'll never forget the feeling of impending doom. Thought I was gonna die of alcohol poisoning or something. I was around 7 or 8.

That's really sad. Not only that they didn't know it isn't alcoholic, but that they also didn't know that anything alcoholic must by law tell you the percentage of alcohol. Kind of something you need to know if you work somewhere that sells beer, wine, and up.

:( : Had two MSI GTX570 Twin Frozr III graphics cards have their fans fail on me in the past 6 or so months.

:) : First RMA went smooth and the second just got back yesterday.

:D : Didn't open it till today and noticed something odd. They had changed the cooler out completely for another Twin Frozr model. Then i noticed that the outputs were in different positions and was like WTF is going on. So I turn it over and....... its a GTX 670.

 : Contacting them to make sure this is right. If they seriously gave me an upgrade I will be stoked as hell. Fingers crossed all the RMA info looks right on the package but there wasn't a note or notification that I caught informing me of this.

Edit:
 : Yeah they gave me an upgrade holy crap.

Nice. I've been pleased with my 670.

Western Digital sent me a Black in replacement for a Green drive once, but that's about the extent of my luck there

 Read youtube comments to a daft punk music video. Saw people calling each other horrible names, because one person claims daft punk is a legend and the other claims they are gods. And so they yelled and screamed in all caps about how the other does unusual and absurd sex acts to odd and abstract objects.

Really?

Well, they're both wrong, so we know they're equally horrible people. :P

Youtube comments. Not even once.

Frown: Beautiful day to get outside and, of course, I'm sick.

Smile: Wasn't too sick to sneak out to the movies with my fiancee. We saw Robocop. Definitely not as good as the original but not terrible by any stretch of the imagination. I think it's biggest flaw was being a little too long. Also, it had Michael Keaton!
Maybe now Nintendo will acknowledge Metroid has a fanbase?

I so badly need to go back and play through my final fantasy colleciton :P. Have at least a port of every game. However the only one I have ever completed is Final Fantasy XIII :P.

When I was younger I was always a cheap bastard when it came to purchasing stuff in game so I never used potions or upgraded my weapons aside from drops and by the end game I paid for it :P.

Smile: Finally got my card catalog moved up into my bedroom. Apparently it's some famous antique office furniture brand called Globe Wernicke. Now I get to sort my Magic cards and fill the thing up.
