I figure at some point I'll grab a 2nd NGPC system and see if someone wants to do the mod for me.jay_red wrote:I had done my own front lit mod to my NGPC a while back, and it is pretty washed out, but much more playable than without the light.

Re: Video Game "Look what I found"
Thanks for the updated heads up! I have been watching Big Lots myself a few months back before they started started the 30 then 50 percent off sale. Even back then decent prices. Love the 50% off Red Star stamp, found a couple more games myself, going to do the marathon drive in the next few days.Fragems wrote:I highly recommend everyone go to their local Big Lots! if you have one. They are currently doing %50 off all their games. Ended up with some awesome deals. Be sure to ask for the games though went to two locations and neither had them in very visible spots one store had them in bins behind the counter the other had them in orange baskets to the side.
Gonna have to cut myself off for a while mountains of stuff is starting to accumulate again. Got a lot of stuff for my collection today.
Hit the big lots sales again. RE and RE4 were $10 and Hitman Absolution was around $6.50.
Wii Nyco Wireless Karma Nunchuck - $7.19 Gamestop
This is new, Gamestop marked it as used! Very sweet, makes this cheaper then a wired Nunchuck. Not keen on dealing with more batteries but this helps in motion control games. I detest shaking the Wiimote even more when there is a leash tied to a Nunchuck. Actually one cool sequence for motion controls that might work better with this wireless, the Wheelchair sequence in Silent Hill Shattered Memories. Rapidly keep pushing each wireless as if shoving the wheels of the Wheelchair while Zombies are chasing you.
Wii Resident Evil - $10.00 $5.00 Big Lots
Speaking of horror games, this was marked half what Fragems paid for at the other Big Lots! An extra bonus over Resident Evil 4 is that in addition to the Classic Controller, a Gamecube controller can also be used.
Wii Trauma Center Second Opinion - 2.69 Gamestop
Trauma Center New Blood - $6.29 Gamestop
Finally got around to picking up two titles this series, only one more to go for the Wii. The Wiimote really is a great "cursor" pointer, great for games such as these.
Wii You Don't Know Jack - $10.00 $5.00 Big Lots
Been holding off on this since I have been concentrating on the modded Buzz Controller PC versions. Oh why not, only five bucks for an additional funny trivia game. It does not have the huge PC library, but quicker to startup versus booting the Laptop and hooking up to the big screen.

Atari 2600 Mindscape Power Player Joystick - $3.00 Swap Meet
Now this is a rare Joystick! The stick has beautiful microswitches with tactical click feedback inside. That red stick and switches looks like the same design as the EPYX joystick. Ergonomic design, the hand hold has the fire button underneath.
Atari 2600 Suncom Tac 2 Joystick - $2.88 Thrift Store
Joystick with both left and right hand fire buttons. This works in the 2600 and 7800 (single button games), tempted to mod it as a two button 7800 joystick.

Maybe the prices vary from state to state. Prices I found online have so far been correct for West Virginia but the store I got the RE games from was in Kentucky.

Battop WICO Command Control Stick for Atari - $2
It needs a deep cleaning, but I cant say no to WICO sticks for cheap.

Also nice. I have a bat and a ball, but haven't come across the grey grip one yet. My neighbor had that one back in the day.fastbilly1 wrote:Battop WICO Command Control Stick for Atari - $2

Ill keep an eye out for you. I have two Balltops and just one Bat, but at one point had five balltops. They pop up randomly for me.Hobie-wan wrote:Also nice. Eh, I'm not actively searching for one. Just if I came across one for $5 or less I'd add it to the stable even though it would really be for collection purposes. Shipping would pretty much kill that unless you found one for $1 or wanted something off my trade list.
