I feel like I'm watching end credits for an 80s teen made for TV movie.TSTR wrote:hay guise i maed a nu song

Re: Electronic Music Thread
Let's be honest guys, low quality 80's synths and drumkits make the manliest music in existence, and nothing will ever surpass it in its cultural and philosophical meaning in all time and space.
Good though, reminds me of happier stuff from Powerglove or Lazerhawk.

An ambitious album attempting to blend dubstep/bass culture with the ages-old polyrhythimic virtuosity of cuban musicians after Mala traveled to Havana to record traditional cuban musicians.

Nice job, TSTR! I love stuff like this. Do you listen to any Italo Disco (Dhuo, Android, Koto, etc...)?TSTR wrote:hay guise i maed a nu song
I've been rocking this Ford & Lopatin album and Mux Mool "Skulltaste" for a few days. I'll link sound samples when I get home.

Thanx dood!fvgazi wrote:Nice job, TSTR! I love stuff like this. Do you listen to any Italo Disco (Dhuo, Android, Koto, etc...)?
I am somewhat familiar with the italo disco, yes. Stuff like P. Lion, Miko Mission, some of Moroder's work—but I need to delve a little further into it. I know there's tons of greatness to be had.
And that Ford & Lopatin is great, ain't it? Love the cover as well.
