It's certainly worth it if you like Metal Slug, as suggested above. Personally, I can't stand those games, but I'm definitely in the minority.

Can any folks who own it post a personal review? I've got a DS and have played MS1 on my Saturn, but I'd like to know more from a Slug fan.
