nickfil, grab a used copy of Crimson Skies. Even if you hate the multiplayer the single player is solid, and it shouldnt cost you more than a couple dollars (mine was $2). It is more arcadey than your typical flightsim, but some still find that it has to much circling.

For 18 USD, that's one heck of a deal. I picked up Resident Evil 4: Wii Edition and Mercury Meltdown Revolution for 10 USD each. its times like these i wish i was american, we dont get any black friday's or anything in australia, maybe i shoulda just bought american stuff anyway and just cough up the shipping.
