Same here. But I was seriously creeped out when I thought it was for real (until Bone posted that link).

Unfortunately people will do atroctious things to others in captivity. It happens in Syria, Iraq, North Korea and other troubled spots around the world. Talk of ethics wouldn't fly with those sadist bastards. Hell countless people perished in the gulags without any creepy experimentation.

I believe a Soviet scientist did experiment with head transplants. But this story is faked.

I don't think that one wasn't nearly as twisted as the first story.

It was a good little read, but I'd expect it to find it in a children's collection of scary stories or something.

So of course, I had to go research this and read about it. Some pretty crazy stuff. There's even video of it:
