FCE-Ultra on Xbox runs fast

I recently got an old modded xbox and have been loading some emulators on it. When I run FCE-Ultra, it seems to run a bit fast. Any suggestions? Is there setting I can change?

Might be a region setting. For example Us region roms run slower on europe settings and vice versa

what arion said is true but you should consider trying medanafenx-nes as fceultrax is old heres the newest version.
