It came in a cheap plastic after market package with 5 or 6 games, metal slug first mission, pacman, samurai showdown 2, KOF, neo turf masters, and another one. But remember the games only came with the GB style protective game covers, no original packaging. Maybe it has something to do with them going broke?
doh!
the usually sell the units around here for 40, and the games, which are rarely complete for 5-15.
Can't find complete copies of ngpc games
Re: Why..
Found a pic for those wondering what i was talking about. This is exactly how i bought mine at gamestop a few years back

Re: Why..
I'm totally divided on this package. On the one hand, getting 6 games and a system for cheap and having such a great 6 games in that pack is amazing. It would make a great gift for anyone on the fence, or any gamer that hasn't tried it out yet. On the other hand the collector in me just had a heart attack. No boxes at all. Not even cases for the game? ack!IcKy99 wrote:Found a pic for those wondering what i was talking about. This is exactly how i bought mine at gamestop a few years back

I feel your pain. I only need three more games to complete the collection of NGPC games I think are worth owning. Unfortunately those three games happen to be Cotton, Evolution and Gals' Fighters--try finding those complete without paying an obscene amount. Let's just say I'm about to make an "offer" on a copy of Evolution that I'm embarrassed to admit to.Jmenglan wrote:Why is it so hard to find complete copies of ngpc games??
For some more common complete games check out www.sashimigames.com
I've had nothing but great experiences with the site.

Re: Why..
I got that exact same package just a couple weeks ago at a local used game store. They have a couple different 4 or 6 game sets in similar packaging as well. I think I paid 60 bucks for it. For a portable game system, 6 games, and all the batteries you need to get started, I thought that was a pretty good deal.IcKy99 wrote:mine did come with gb style plastic cases for the gamesnickfil wrote:I'm totally divided on this package. Re: Can't find complete copies of ngpc games
I'm going to have to check Sashimigames out as I'm having a difficult time find a couple games I'm looking for. I see that they have Magical Drop Pocket sealed for $60.00 which is a good price, might be picking it up soon. Thanks for the link.General Chaos wrote:I feel your pain.
