Good job. Those can be quite pricey. I don't really like the Micros for functionality (because I have big arse banana hands) but they sure look nice on my handheld shelf.

Main Collection: http://connect.collectorz.com/users/ynj ... collection - Not looking to move anything on this list but would entertain offers.

Thanks. Exactly, I just bought it because of the headphone jack and collectibility.

I managed to beat Golden Sun on a GBA Micro few years back. It's a good handheld. I prefer a GBA SP for GBA games.

i think the original GBA has the best form factor, and if you get a backlight mod on it then it's the best Game Boy ever. imho :)

I agree the original GBA has a much better design mainly due to it's shape and the cartridge slot. The cartridge slot in the bottom of the SP kind of gets in the way and the buttons aren't spaced out to well for larger hands. However I still ended up using the SP more thanks to the back light which was a huge improvement the rechargeable battery was also nice.

The button placement on the regular GBA is better, but also like the SP for the folding portability and the other features mentioned.

Both US and Japan versions play just fine on the SP, never noticed an issue. The twist matches the screen even though the cart is plugged in upsidedown. Same with Yoshi Topsy Turvy, correct corelation after going to options.

In the case of Twisted, turns out it auto detects.
Wiki wrote:http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/WarioWare: ... yro_sensor

Because the game automatically calibrates the gyro sensor when the game is turned on (and after every "micro-game"), it works with both top-loading slots (like the Game Boy Advance) and bottom-loading slots (like all other models after the original GBA: Game Boy Advance SP, Nintendo DS, Game Boy Micro, and Nintendo DS Lite).

Yeah, the GBA tilt sensor games work either way up.

You're probably thinking of Kirby Tilt n' Tumble for Game Boy Colour, which only works correctly when it's facing upwards. On a Game Boy Advance SP the controls are reversed, and as a GBC game, it doesnt work on the GB Micro.

You can solve this issue with an Action Replay, Xploder or Game Shark though. They don't even need to be turned on - when you plug the Kirby cart into the action replay it turns it the right way up. It is a bit clunky though.

PS2 Batman Vengeance - $5.00 BookOff
I read somewhere the Gamecube has the best games of its generation when it comes to animation style graphics. Ah well, this PS2 version is decent, a nice selection of Bat Toys to try out. Vengeance and Killer 7 are two that eventually I hope to find as the Gamecube version.

PS2 Lego Batman - $7.00 BookOff
Another Batman game which also completes my quest (I think) for all PS2 Lego games. Well, at least the themed games, there are still the older Lego regular series games to hunt for now.

PS2 No One Lives Forever - $5.00 BookOff
Finally picked up this older FPS. Unique for the 60s style, so far a little disappointed though. Snipe shooting stick figures to protect the ambassador and no zoom in to spot the assailants. I know there has to be a zoom in for the scope, maybe have to go thru all the training rooms back at HQ. :?

PS2 The Sims - $5.00
Had the Urbz forever, might as well start getting the rest for the PS2.

PS1 Emperors New Groove - $5.00 BookOff
For a disney title, I think one of the better platformers on the PS1. Not bad at all, Llama Attack!

PS1 Ghost In The Shell NTSCJ - 5.00 BookOff
The import cover more risque, game itself looks identical to the US version. A nice robot crab crawler climb the walls tank offering a different take as a "FPS" shooting game.

I bought this to get the Japanese voices as in the Tokyo show demo that is shown in PS1 Metal Gear VR. The Japanese language really seems to add impact to the game as in Dreamcast Shenmue II. Curses, this version is redubbed to English! Ah well, at least it has the first person movement view as in the PC version. The VR levels are also included as the third disc.
PS1 Metal Gear Solid NTSCJ 1st Edition Japanese Voice - $10.00 BookOff
Oooh Yeah, finally! Ever since spotting the Japan Gameshow demo of Metal Gear Solid (Unlock on PS1 VR disc), I have been wanting the Japanese voice version of this game for some time. Even bought what I thought was the correct version a couple of years ago. Watch that Gameshow demo either off the VR disc or a YouTube search, you'll see why.

Reservoir Dogs 15th Anniversary Gas Can Edition - $9.98 shipped Amazon
Have a couple revisions of this movie already, ah well a triple dip to get that very cool gas can and matchbook case. A crazy coincidence, even though an Amazon purchase the seller lives only a few blocks away!
