You can't even download a friggin' photo to the hard drives of most consoles from their web browser, much less malicious code.

I just don't see any way to get stuff like that onto a console without the user putting it on there themselves deliberately, and the user can't do that unless they've hacked their console.

At absolute best, I guess you could make malware that only effects hacked consoles, and even then it'd probably have to be something distributed as an otherwise-useful piece of homebrew software or something that the user would have to be tricked into installing. Not the sort of thing you'd get from porn viewing habits.
