The hard part is finding out what size screw that is (thread type and size, length, head) then getting replacements is easy. I've actually been wanting to find out the size myself, I'd like to pick up a box of screws. I have an accurate digital caliper now, so I could probably find the correct size replacement without much of a hassle (I would hope).
