I'm going on right now.

If nobody's on, I'll create an open game rightfully called "Open Game".

Well, done for the night. Me and Omerta successfully beat the caves boss in mission 2-4, although it might be more accurate to say I trailed along uselessly behind him for most of the level until the boss, when I did a crack-up job of keeping us alive, but not so great a job at actually hurting the damn thing.

I want to finish this before the months out. In multiplayer.

The mines are next.

P.S does anyone who's played this before have an estimate of what level I need to be to stand a chance against the final boss?

I remember being level 55ish and blasting through it quite easily on solo. Gunstar has the most current memory and probably has a better answer.

The spoiler has some minor disappointment for people just doing a quick run through it this month...

I beat the Ruins with some random people online and I was confused as to why it ended so quickly. Then I remembered you need to be on a higher difficulty to see Dark Falz final form... though I don't believe it effects the "ending". You might have to YouTube it afterward to see him in his final bad-assery. Also, ultimate difficulty changes some things as well (though it wasn't in the original PSO).

Most of it, but it's so fun, i'm gonna keep doing it, i'm playing a game - how much can I install before it freezes and I can start over. Super fun. I've gotten as high as 72%. That's the high for now, but i'm gonna keep plugging, I know I have a better run in me. :|

Server is acting kinda funky right now. There's only like 2 games on the list if you can actually get in. I keep getting booted.

So it might be a bad time to download it right now.

EDIT: Oh... install. Yeah dunno. Maybe you hit save instead of run on the initial DL.

Have it installed now. It's asking for an "app" to open it. I've tried to use all of the default options and nothing takes.

It only gives me 2 options; open or save. (save has other options, save, save as, nothing says run).

90 minutes lost. I'm done, it was a good month. Back to Blazing Star...

Make sure your anti-virus isn't enabled and you right click the desktop icon and hit "Run as Administrator". I'm pretty sure it's "Open" when you download.

If you're actually getting the initial box to pop up (with start, options, etc.) you're almost there.
