RAmar = Level 15
RAmarl = Level 20
(Maximum is 30 on Forces)
Excepting Anti which is level 5 for RAmar and 7 for RAmarl. 7 is max for Forces as well.
Also this is specific to Blue Burst and different in older versions of the game:
RAmar can learn Shifta/Deband, the buff spells only. RAmarl can learn both Shifta/Deband and Jellen/Zalure, the debuff spells.
It's similar for hunters, HUmar gets level 15 and HUnewearl gets level 20, except HUmar gets the debuff spells instead of the buffs (again this only applies to Blue Burst).

And the you have FOnewearls like me who learn ALL THE SPELLS! MUAHAHAHA!

Oh yeah that's right, Forces are also the only class able to learn the dark spell Megid (instant kill) and light spell Grants (heavy single target damage).
Gunstar Green wrote:Spells can also be cast from the menu and don't have to be bound to keys. Stuff like ryuker for telepipes isn't something you need to have instant access too, neither is shifta/deband since the effect lasts for a while so you can just cast them from the menu under techniques.
There's also a quick menu that you get by pressing ctrl+end that you can use for quickly switching weapons, but if you press left or right when it's open it will also cycle through items and techniques. That eliminates some of the need to have everything mapped.
Later in the game a lot of people just carry Sol Atomizers since they cure all status effects but the shop doesn't like to sell them all the time. There's also cure units that plug into armors with slots that Force players like to use for convenience, especially cure/paralysis and cure/shock which make you immune to those status effects.
Even then there's still a lot of stuff to map and eventually you just have figure out what works best for what areas and map your keys depending on the quest you're doing.
