Ok, so a thrift store I went to today has a CRT TV that has the ability to switch between PAL and NTSC modes, in addition to switching voltages. They've also got a PAL PS2. Those sound really interesting, but is there a good reason to pick them up (if they're still there)? Are there any games only Europe got that would justify those purchases?

Siren 2 is only available in English in PAL regions as well.

I'm planning on playing DMC, probably interest me the most out of all the games free this time around.

I've got over 400, and I can at least remember all the high value stuff I've picked up over the years, so at least there's not really any chance of me accidentally buying a second copy of Earthbound or something.

It's the super cheap games that I'm most at risk for picking up dupes of. Even then though, accidentally re-buying a $1 game isn't really a big deal.

387 games...that's including every single game. I can't remember most of them off the top of my head, I might remember one or two games if they stuck out for me like I know I own Kirby's Air Ride for the GC but idk what else I own for that system.

And no games are super cheap around here unless it's an atari 2600 game...or sports games for the gen. So rebuying even a few games means wasting money that could go into buying other games. I'm on a very tight budget...my money is actually an inheritance and it's litteraly the only money I have right now. So I have to be very careful with it.

I'm going to have to start selling some of my duplicate games on ebay to fund my game collecting addiction...
