I'd like to do missions 2-3 and 2-4 if possible. I might need to do some levelling though, no idea what I should be at. I'll be on in about 35 minutes, after I have dinner.

I tried joining but it says quest in play.

I'm confused to why this happens sometimes. Other times I can join during a quest with out any beef.
