 Shitty weather.

:( Went to work.

:) Got breakfast.

:( The grits were watery.

:D But there was hot coffee.

:D And plenty of butter, salt, and pepper. I make sure that whenever I eat grits, I put a thing of butter into the mix and then add a fair bit of salt and pepper to mix throughout the grits so that every bite is awesome goodness. What I do is I walk into the cafeteria using the backdoor, and I go straight to the section where they store soup at lunch, which is where they put their grits and oatmeal in the morning. I get myself a big cup(not the small ones, those only contain about half the grits of a big cup, and I like a big breakfast), and then I spoon in the grits. I then pad in the butter on top and seal the cup, so that the heat of the grits melts the butter. I then get myself a cup of coffee(which I drink black, so I don't add cream or sugar), and then I walk over to the cash registers, pay, and go to one of the tables where they have salt and pepper shakers. I add salt and pepper, then seal the cup, and walk to the door, walk through the back hallways because it is cold outside, until I enter two other buildings and finally get back to my cubicle.

8) We have a new water machine in the worker lounge, so I can get cold filtered water.

:D Logged onto Racketboy.com.

:? Another video games economics thread.

 REPO posted about his life.

 I'm glad I don't write posts like that.

Heathens, both of you. Only butter in grits. Cheese is acceptable if you're a kid.

Nah, I just put salt and pepper on everything. And trust me, their mass market grits need the extra kick.

Butter and possibly sugar. Sugar is the true way to eat them, but butter is needed most times.

Definitely a yankee...

(Just kidding, I put salt and pepper - and, occasionally, a bit of blue cheese or butter - in my stone ground grits.
