Yes, it is. It's basically Galaga '88, released in the US in 1990. If you like the Galaga '88 arcade game, Galaga '90 is a pretty good port.

Keep in mind if you get a stock US TG16, RF out only. You'll need a mod, Turbo Booster, or CD add on to get stereo or composite AV. Huge downfall IMO.
This is also another option.

Heh, that's basically a nicer way of doing the typical janky mod that I did. I'd considered using some leads like that, but I didn't have anything handy.
