Sega CD Emulation on Xbox Help

I'm using Neogenesis to run my Legit Sega CD games, but when I try to run the CD it just takes me to the CD Player screen. Is there any settings I need to set this to run or do I need to update the software?

if it dosent work rip your cd mage into an iso and put it into your xbox hdd.
the newest version of neogenesis is v23.
