Help on a Model 2 sega saturn modchip

Hi!, I don't know where to solder the power cable from the modchip.

I am not sure to solder the wire to the pin or to the "tube" that goes below of the pin.

It goes to were the black dot is on the squares.

OK I solder the red wire there but the disc won't turn or turn really slowly.

What can I do?

I have the same problem. slow disc spin.
