I haven't "worked" since June, though being a stay-at-home father is the most demanding job I've ever had.

The mention of Wal-Mart reminded you of that?

I meant to go to Wal-Mart today - would have been the first time in about 8 months. We had a snowstorm though.

I feel alternately sad and/or hateful about the entire country/world pretty much every time I walk into Walmart. :x

Unless I am there to buy something I want for super cheap.

I'm not going to critique the whole company, but the Wal-Mart in my area is pretty good.

For me, Wal-mart is the only place in biking distance that sells video games. There's a wide selection of other stuff, most non-specialty things are reasonably priced, and the people watching is pretty excellent. Stay away from the deli.
