Got a wireless bluetooth keyboard to replace the one I had with a broken "o" key. (That was getting really frustrating.) Also received a really amazing gift of a (second-hand) PRS SE Soapbar II guitar, which is even nicer to play than I really could have imagined. Spent a little time cleaning it up, and it could possibly use some polish, but I'm in love with its sound and ease of use.

Since my birthday is only 9 days from Christmas I get a mother load this time of year; received Pikmin 2, Soukyugurentai Otokuyo, Dodonpachi 2, $50 bucks cash, a hand-make A&M blanket, and a cool piece of A&M wood art. Oh and a Regular Show t-shirt. Pretty awesome haul if I may say so.

Gaming-related:

Wii U Mario & Luigi bundle
Beyond: Two Souls
Mega Man Zero Collection

...also Def Jam Rapstar (plus a USB mic for it) and Hannah Montana: Spotlight World Tour, but to be fair those were "retaliation" for gifting that particular friend Bubsy 3D, Petz: Horsez, Barbie Horse Adventures: Riding Camp, Charlie's Angels, and Aquaman for Gamecube between his birthday and Christmas.
He even reused the Hello Kitty gift bag.

For a while, the rubber membrane was still attached to the board, so I could hit it, and only mis-type 1/4 of the time, or so. After that detached completely, I had to hit the board itself with my fingernail repeatedly until I got an "o" to register. I don't have to deal with the apostrophe key sticking, or the lack of an "esc" key anymore, either, which is nice.

The only remotely gaming related thing I got was a 12 month Xbox Live card. Lots of good stuff otherwise though.

I got lots of cool stuff this Christmas and Birthday, but most of it was related to books or films I like rather than games (which makes a refreshing change actually). Lots of new books, Discworld related stuff and Studio Ghibli DVDs.

This is the gaming related stuff I got:

Birthday (24th):
Majora's Mask T-Shirt
Hardcore Gaming 101 Guide to Classic Graphic Adventures book
Fire Emblem: Shadow Dragon (DS)
Freshly-Picked Tingle's Rosy Rupeeland (DS)
Super Mario 3D World (WiiU)
Mario & Luigi: Dream Team Bros. (3DS)
Sam & Max: Surfin' the Highway comic anthology (OK, so not necessarily gaming related, but that's how I was introduced to these characters!)

Christmas:
Space Invaders T-shirt
classic controllers T-shirt
The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker HD (Wii U)
and arguably - Discworld: Ankh Morpork board game.

I also ordered myself Zelda: A Link Between Worlds and Professor Layton & The Azran Legacies for 3DS for myself with some money I got. A great Christmas overall.

Oh hey, I guess that was a lot of gaming stuff after all.
