How do I get my TV to Downscale better? It works great with my PS2 and Xbox but for some reason bites the dust with my GC. It's not too bad. Everything just seems a tad blurry and colors are just a bit off too. The Wii (AV cables) makes the cut scenes a little better but the gameplay is unaffected. Is there a way to maybe make the display smaller? Anything helps. Thanks
This is the TV I have.

Re: TV Downscaling
What you actually want is something to upscale the image. A decent AVR well generally upscale an sd image to 1080p.It's never going to look hd though.

Get some component cables.

I'm guessing you mean for the Wii. How much do they run?AppleQueso wrote:That might be one problem.oxymoron wrote:How do I get my TV to Downscale better? Some of the third party ones are REALLY cheap, but they vary in quality.oxymoron wrote:I'm guessing you mean for the Wii. Just find one you can afford that gets good reviews I guess.

No. The encoder is built into the cable itself.oxymoron wrote:Is possible to find 3rd party GC component cables?AppleQueso wrote:
