Yeah or just look for a high quality MP3 pack made for the steam version. Last resort would be downloading the 27 track ost from anywhere and renaming them to the appropriate filenames inside the GCF, and placing them in the same referenced directory. I think its:

Drive:\Steam\steamapps\User Name\half-life\valve\media

I always meant to finish the Dreamcast version but maybe it's time to give up that dream and play the way it was meant to be played.

The PS2 version is way better than the unfinished Dreamcats version. You could always go that route.
