I haven't played the other games in the series, so it's a LOW PRIORITY.

If you do end up liking the SNES version, you'll love the 64 version. That's pretty much all I have to say on that.

There was also a Platinum and Indigo version. That would match all the Gamecube colors then, correct? The black one was the only color available in North America.

Well, obviously but I mean games that would look better on a big screen and/or with a controller.

I'd recommend the Castlevania GBA games for a start? When in doubt, Castlevania.

Also I remember that Mario & Luigi Superstar Saga used an enhanced-for-Game Boy Player color palette. (There were some other games that did that but I'm not too sure what.)
