Re: What Made you Smile/What Ticked you off Today?
I lift 3 days a week now. For along time i went 5 days a week. It was real addictive for awhile as i was always small. Started at 155 lbs and worked up to 200 lbs, all i do is strength training. No cardio what so ever. Cut down to 3 days a week cause i just don't have that kind of time anymore.BoneSnapDeez wrote:do you guys even lift though?

Working out in itself can be addictive, lord knows I wouldn't to pile a drug on top of that. By all means, push it to the limit and walk on the razors edge but you always need to know your limitations. The best workout/lifting advice I have ever received was from my Pops: "Your body will talk to you. Listen to it".

Let strength be granted, so the world might be mended...so the world might be mended.

A great actor, best know for his role in Lawrence of Arabia. You should see it.Aramonde wrote:I'm probably gonna get a lot of flack for this but Who?Stark wrote:Just found out Peter O'Toole died yesterday.

A lot of people tend to forget that your central nervous system needs at least 2 recovery days, no matter your workout schedule. Unless of course you have no workout schedule. Then it's party all the time.Luke wrote:Working out in itself can be addictive, lord knows I wouldn't to pile a drug on top of that.
