Frown: From a recent article:

"...Dr.Dre was once a hip hop star before becoming a headphone mogul".

Which means that obviously there are tons of people who have no clue who Dr.Dre is.

Sad.

Smile: Bought a Christmas tree yesterday and will be trimming it today.

Fractured? If so, best of luck. That's a nasty, nasty injury to recover from.
Nah I think it's just a really bad sprain. I'm limping around slowly and the outside of my foot is blue and purple. It'll be fine in about a week or so.

I'd post a pic but all the pics I have make it look like a different part of the male anatomy and I don't want to start getting called dick feet.
More so a few months than a week. Actually breaking it would have been better to recover from. You're describing a 3rd degree sprain like i had 2 years ago sliding into 2nd base turning my ankle sideways. Took at least a month to walk right and longer to run. The rice technique helped some. REST Ice Compression Elevation.

I broke the growth plate in my right ankle and it was a terrible bitch to recover from. I could barely walk unassisted and was in physical therapy for a month at least. It healed up just fine but it was probably the most debilitating injury I've had since I could barely walk for awhile.

I haven't tried working out yet but I know squats are going to be a no go for sure. I'm hoping I'll be able to deadlift and do bent over rows. I don't really need much ankle mobility for those but I'm no sure if I'll be able to handle putting that much weight on it. Which reminds me I need to move my rack which I'm not looking forward to.

Also for some reason since I don't drink and don't really do much I kind of want to run a small cycle of steroids. A friend of mine offered me enough test for a first cycle free and I'll I'd need pay for is a pct. After hurting my ankle I've been seriously considering it because I know it would speed my recovery. Can anyone that actually knows what they are talking about give me a reason not to do it?

Edit I don't even think I will try to run the cycle but I've just been thinking about doing it a bunch lately and figured someone here might be able to give me a real reason not to and not just some googled horror stories.

They're addictive and mood altering.
I took them (prescribed) to help clear a blood clot of all things. I had a ton of energy and felt great...and it cleared the blood clot. After a week I felt upset at other people who didn't have the energy I had.

After the clot cleared and I stopped taking them there was withdrawal and brief "depression".

Reason not to? After fucking with that shit for a few years i now have to take trt shots every week cause now my body won't produce enough on it own after cycling off for a few years. Good news is i can get my test levels back to normal. Bad news is i hate shots, but am forced to do it myself lol. A cycle or 2 wont hurt but you'll want to continue. I'd say stay natural.

Don't waste your money on that fake ass gnc shit either or those methylated orals. Those have all the side effects of gear without the gains.

Oh I'm way ahead of you there. The only thing I've ever bought from gnc was protein. I mostly pay attention to my diet lots of lean meat, milk and try to hit a 700 calorie surplus when I'm bulking. Hell cutting is easier then bulking for me, I take some yohimbine in the morning and drink a couple cups of coffee and go bike around all day. Since my job is pretty active I can cut on almost 3000 calories.
