I tried Battle Garegga a bit because I haven't played it in ages. Really cool game but it's true that the art direction is a bit lacking and bullets are very hard to see

I just realized that Exed Exes was the name of a shmup.

The story goes that I didn't want to use just any name for this forum, but I wanted something to showcase my shmup heritage and to fit the retrogaming focus of this site. I also thought it might increase awareness for this rather obscure title, which it has. As I was originally going to put it, The Name Is The Game!

Savage Bees was the American title for ExedExes by a company known as Memetron that licensed and distributed it here. For future Capcom compilations' sake, it's still known as ExedExes.

Like most Japanese games given a more American-sounding name when they come out here, SavageBees as a forum name wouldn't carry that same gravitas, I'd say. Plus, I'd be confused with a pretty bad 70s movie
