I realize it's off topic, but did Bethesda release a mod tool? I heard they hadn't and also hadn't announced any future plans for one, at least not right now.

Not sure, actually, but I did read about that mod somewhere so I know it exists. I may even give that game a second chance if user mods can patch up some of the problems I had with the game.
