hey guys, been a while since my last post but figured why not! I am found of all three takumi games on the DC, not quite raizing or cave quality, but definitely up there with psikyo and taoplan for me.

Just put at least an hour into this. I've always been pretty terrible at Takumi games, but after Mars Matrix and this I think they are finally clicking.

This was actually a terrible run, and I had lost all lives was out of bombs on Stage 4. I was milking the reflect force to last as long as possible, and happened across an Extend! The 3 extra bombs and abuse of the reflect force got me an extra 3 tril, at least.

Now, time to eat some breakfast and watch Let's Credit Feed Gigawing.

I've got a couple of scores over 10 trillion now, but I'm hoping for something better before I post another one. With the gradual improvement, I've hit my usual shmup stumbling block in that I'm doing a lot better score-wise in the first few levels, but the increase in rank is making the later stages harder now.

Well, bear in mind you're still on Stage 2. That's actually a fairly decent score by that stage. Once you beat the boss, you should be on 1.5 - 2 trillion. The score is going to increase exponentially in later stages due to the massive multiplier. The stage bonus alone if you clear Stage 5 is several trillion.
