What was the last movie you've seen?

Talk about just about anything else that is non-gaming here, but keep it clean

I forgot all about that book. I loved it as a kid. But I'd imagine the movie is not going to target our crowd, it'll be for kids.

I don't see how it matters if it is all consensual. We live in a world where people have sex willy nilly, why does their age matter?

Well the books themselves were actually "kids books".

Somewhat related, kinda...My Wife has gone as "The Girl With The Green Ribbon" for Halloween, and the people who "get it" get it.

I'm still debating with my brother whether the death of Gwen Stacy (if they do it in Amazing Spider Man) will still be due to the whiplash of the web.

So say you had a twelve year old daughter who was sexing it up with a twenty year old male. You'd be all, "Hey, hit it before the hair does. Doesn't bother me."?

Has to be. If not, all the "stay away from my daughter" stuff would be useless.

Check it out!
But does Han shoot first?

I will stick with my Despecialized edits. Though I may grab Phantom Menace on its own, since the podrace scene is my favorite part of the new trilogy.

My favorite part of the new trilogy was the THX intro. That and those missiles in Episode II that went "Phhhhhh...............BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOMMMMMMMMM!'

I watched a bargain bin bluray the other night called 'Super Hybrid' billed as 'the next generation of killer car movies'... (there was a generation of old killer car movies? I can think of...2?..maybe 3?)

Just as a preface, I am a super big fan of awful movies, to find the comedy in how badly they are done/made/acted. I often gather friends and we do a casual MST3K style laugh fest at them.

Super Hybrid was just one of those movies that was bad, but tried to take itself too seriously. Chock full of B-list actors like that assassin guy from the Mummy and the little girl from Jurassic Park all grown up. It was just boring, predictable and little comedy could be found in the group of protagonists illogical theories on how to survive/beat the car.

If you too are a fan of bad movies, avoid this one. It's a tryhard that misses it's mark on being disastrously bad and does not even approach good.
