I agree. As a general rule, you should not date someone unless he or she is at least half your age plus seven years. Accordingly, Paul Walker, at 32, should not have been dating anyone younger than 23. Likewise, at 26, he should not have been dating anyone younger than 20, and at 44, he should not have been dating anyone younger than 29.Luke wrote:Not odd. Gross.
And if Paul was 26 and she was 16, I would still bat an eye.

Not what I mean. I mean the actual age gap between them was 17 years. Had they been 50 and 33, not many would look at that and think it odd for Hollywood. It takes Morgan Freeman levels of creepy to get a reaction there.Luke wrote:Not odd. Gross.

This vividly reminds me of a time when I was walking back to my car after class with a group of buddies who still went to undergrad clubs even though they were graduate students. They were all single, so why not?
We'd usually meet up at a pizza joint downtown (RIP Boli's 5th street Pizzeria) for a pitcher of beer and to chat about school and, well, stuff. One of the regulars said he couldn't make it and that he "needed to get home to think about some pressing issues".
Obviously we had to press him on his pressing issue, and after a while he said with great shame (well, I'll clean up the language a bit) "Last night I went out to Peasants (local club) and I ended up having unprotected sex with a sophomore". Before the high fives started he continued, "...a sophomore in high school".
Have you ever been with a group of friends, and one says something that makes everyone have the exact same facial expression? That was one of those moments. Speechless, dumbfounded, and stunned we all just stood there for at least a minute exchanging looks of "Whaaaaaaaa?"". No one knew what to say, but I guarantee we all had things to say.
It's not a funny situation, but at the same time, the hell that we would waste an opportunity to rag on the guy constantly from that point on.

Yup. And the Rhino has to be a part of a larger Voltron-esque robot. Or something.

I'm pretty upset about Rhino's appearance. I always thought he origionally looked awesome.

Really? A guy in basically a rubber Halloween outfit, with his face sticking out was a good look in your opinion? I've always thought he had one of the goofiest looking costumes in comics.GazongaJoe wrote:I'm pretty upset about Rhino's appearance. I always thought he origionally looked awesome.

Admittedly though, this is an accurate description for most superhero costumes.BurningDoom wrote:Really? A guy in basically a rubber Halloween outfit, with his face sticking out was a good look in your opinion? I've always thought he had one of the goofiest looking costumes in comics.
