Space octopus has babies all over the world that you have to rescue. 100 of them. Some you pick up, others you have to get off walls, or knock out of trees. After you collect 10 you can give her one of your items and she gives you a "nice" version. So you give her your bow and she gives you a nice bow which shoots three arrows instead of one. So you can do that 9 times and the last time it's a piece of heart? Not too sure on the last one as I've only collected about 75.

Yes and totally worth the effort. This badass attack has a huge range.

After reading all this crap, I decided to actually try and find some babies as well as play baseball. I tried baseball for the first time just now. On my third try I got a 95, I was so mad! Then after getting 30-70 for the next several tries, I got a 99! I was even more mad!

I got another 20 babies and upgraded the fire rod, and yes, it's pretty awesome. Then I decided to upgrade bombs. Not so awesome.

I finished off my 100% file last night, and yes baseball was tough for being the final heart piece I needed. I have Hero Mode unlocked for playing down the road.
