My cousin has a wii. My cousin has a wii, which has problems powering on. After unplugging everything, then hooking everything back up to a different outlet, the red light comes on. Once the power button is pushed, it will flash green then "die" (no red light).
There is the odd time where everything will be running smoothely, for a short while, then out of the blue just crash.
Then there are times where we may be gaming for hours, and have no problems what-so-ever.
Most recently though its been fried for a good while. Im assuming it is an issue with the power cord/ac adapter.
Can anybody give some insight?

Try another power brick. If that fixes the problem, hooray, if not then it will need to be repaired.
