We already have a similar topic no? Anyway, I'd suggest the X1 pad since it seems the dpad is improved, and several emulators support XInput meaning minimal button mapping fuss. I have yet to read about Windows drivers for the gamepad however..

I heard the DualShock 4 has XInput support via USB and Bluetooth, so that may be a better (and more immediate) solution than an Xbone controller.
