That is the correct result. If the buyer's allegations are true, then I hope the business is ruined.
Also...
If I were a plaintiff's attorney, I would be chomping at the bit to get at that...According to Inc.com, KlearGear's revenues for for 2012 were $47.5 million.

What this company did was very sleazy and probably be facing a lawsuit in the near future. But also, I havent heard an out cry about ripoff report and their $2000 fee for removal of the authors feedback. They are just as guilty for being scumbags as the other company.
