Help Me Classify These PS2 "Action" Games

Post by racketboy »

Ok, I haven't played most of these, so I need you help dividing these into subgenres, so I can avoid lumping them all into "Action" or "Action" adventure. If you can think of more appropriate genre, please let me know.

Also, if you think one or more of them is crap and doesn't belong on the Hidden Gems piece, let me know as well.

Thanks!

Disney music or games = colon cancer

That's just my rule of thumb.

It sucks that Game Spot just listed these games as "Action, Adventure."
C'mon, how can Psi-Ops and Ico possibly be in the same category?

There are some good examples of Disney games out there.

Of course the 8 and 16-bit era had some quality ones, but I know like Lilo & Stitch on the GBA plays like Metal Slug :)

Yeah, but that was back when Disney was good (course, I might just have good ole days syndrome).

Hmm, I'll give that one a try.

Indeed it is, but I think it's safe to lump it with other fps games? After all it's not a JRPG with a first person perspective.
