Redline was pretty entertaining. Last race was more ridiculous than cool, but the movie was a good time.

Watching the first half of the second season of Kaleido Star and Madoka Magica at the same time was probably not a wise decision on my part. The roller coster my emotions had to go through was not a very pleasant experience. The only thing that could have possibly made it worse is if I had topped it off with a viewing of Grave of the Fireflies (Thankfully I didn't.)

I had to watch the second Project A-Ko movie to cleanse my soul.

I'm now going to try to finish off the rest of Kaleido Star. I've read that the second half of season 2 returns more to the formula they used for the first season and it damn well better. I don't think my psyche can take another hit.

On a side note, I'd actually really like to own Madoka Magica at some point as I think it's something that totally merits repeat viewings, but I'm not willing to shell out $90+ to Aniplex for a 12 episode show.

I'd recommend the Madoka movies for the best Madoka viewing experience. But those aren't particularly cheap either.

The movies are on my list of "to watch," but it'll probably be a while before I get to them.

And after doing some searching I've come to realize that nothing related to Madoka can be considered "cheap" (other than, perhaps, a keychain  .)

Oh man the last anime i watched was Angel beats.... really a bad choice after watching brotherhood. The show is OK but it falls apart when you try to apply logic into ANYTHING.

Champloo is amazing. The best anime I have ever seen. Even better than Cowboy Bebop.

Just started season 2 of Heaven's Lost Property and and am about to finish my second run through of Trigun.

Heaven's Lost Property is probably one of the perviest shows I have ever watched but the comedy is great and there seems to be a decent back story that is pretty dark going on with the angel realm.

Trigun is as good as I remember freaking love the story, the gun fights + enemies are great, and Vash is an all around awesome character.
