 just got home with it and I'm not getting video out now. There's an error number on the mobo that says I need to reset the cmos so I do that and then I get a different error number. I'm not even upset or anything just going to deal with it tomorrow I guess.

Well I think I might have to return the mobo. The error message is now just the cmos error and resetting it does nothing. Man I really don't want to tear down everything it'll be such a pain in the ass since googling the problems isn't resulting in any hope for me. I even bought the humble bundle last night. Man this is just kinda soul crushing.

About battlefield I can always return the board since I got the replacement plan and swap for something else.

Maybe I should delete these posts so Mike doesn't see them...

So it wasn't the mobo I removed the video card and am posting through the vga from the mobo. I am trying to uninstall the video card drivers but I'm having trouble somewhat because amd catalyst controll center is still in my list of add remove programs.

kind of good news then Flex. Either you can get the GPU working, or you know what you need to replace is easier than the mobo.

Alright I have no idea why that happened but everything is working again. I removed the card, uninstalled the drivers, put the card back in and reinstalled the drivers.

Time to download some games now!!!

The gpu card probably wasnt seated well. Often times a fix just requires reseating the ram, gpu, or cpu fan.
