That's a pretty fucked up requirement for a game

Also yes you can . In AC2 it let you kill a few civilians before it desinchronize you.

Second that. Not so great of a game, but if all you're looking to do is mow down mass hordes of folks it's pretty entertaining.

Yeah plus it has a nice variety of cheat codes which can provide some amazing fun/mayhem.

There is also State of Emergency 2 which I own but have never played .
