It's not in Genesis. It's in another book. They also talk about Satan's fall from grace (when he was Lucifer) in that part, IIRC.
That's not any book of the Bible, then, since the Bible never mentions Satan's fall from grace...
I'm curious as to where you heard this, since I haven't heard it before.
It's most-definetly in there.
Here's a few verses that Google brought up:
Isaiah 14:12-15 ESV / 111 helpful votes
“How you are fallen from heaven, O Day Star, son of Dawn! How you are cut down to the ground, you who laid the nations low! You said in your heart, ‘I will ascend to heaven; above the stars of God I will set my throne on high; I will sit on the mount of assembly in the far reaches of the north; I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will make myself like the Most High.’ But you are brought down to Sheol, to the far reaches of the pit.
Revelation 12:7-9
Now war arose in heaven, Michael and his angels fighting against the dragon. And the dragon and his angels fought back, but he was defeated, and there was no longer any place for them in heaven. And the great dragon was thrown down, that ancient serpent, who is called the devil and Satan, the deceiver of the whole world—he was thrown down to the earth, and his angels were thrown down with him.
Ezekiel 28:14
You were an anointed guardian cherub. I placed you; you were on the holy mountain of God; in the midst of the stones of fire you walked.
Ezekiel 28:15
You were blameless in your ways from the day you were created, till unrighteousness was found in you.
Ezekiel 28:17
Your heart was proud because of your beauty; you corrupted your wisdom for the sake of your splendor. I cast you to the ground; I exposed you before kings, to feast their eyes on you.
None of that has anything to do with God being bored.
And Bruce Lee was the only great dragon.
Lets' stick to science and not theology. I only mentioned Hawking's quote as the book is full of things that will make you second guess...well, just about everything.

He asked about where I had heard the verses about Satan's fall. That's what I was responding to.
Luke wrote:^That's all about interpretation and doesn't clarify the book mentions "Satan". Semantics? A bit I guess, but lets talk about science yo!
Who else would the Dragon and Lucifer be? Morning Star is also the literal translation of Lucifer. Those really aren't points of debate in Christianity. Everyone agrees they're talking about Satan.
That's Alfred, Lord Tennyson reading his poem The Charge of the Light Brigade. This version was recorded on a wax cylinder by representatives of Thomas Edison in the year 1890. Lord Tennyson died in 1892.

I'm glad that someone recorded this, but I can't make out a single word.
