Look up the Dragoncon room grab. If you try to get one thirty minutes after the hotels release rooms you wont get one.

I'm bummed but thankful I've gone twice in the past.

It would be nice to know when these tickets actually go on sale. Does it change every year? I checked the PAX East website every couple of weeks and never heard a peep. And now I hear it's sold out.

Worst part is, it would have served as a good RB meet-up locale (well maybe it still can, I just won't be there ).
