If anyone who nominated pro gear wants to nominate something else for 2000-2005, it's fine by me, since it is the SotM over on neo boards. We would need those 5 people to respond quickly with a new pick as the pick for week 3 is coming up between today and tomorrow...

As for MM scores, they are good up until 1159EST tomorrow (Thursday).

I don't want Pro Gear because I am sick of Capcom

I want something I can play on my Saturn or dreamcast and not have to play on mame or psp. Like maybe Hyperduel or Dodonpachi.

neither Saturn/PS1 DoDonPachi is competition eligible because neither is arcade-perfect in terms of scoring/speed/etc.

Not sure on Hyper Duel.

Neither fit in the time range, though.

I think we probably need about 8, some of the earliest of which should be about what eventual polls we should run to make final decisions

right. So how about this? We'll make a poll to see if everyone wants to make 8 polls or not. We'll let that run for the next 12 hrs and then take it from there?

sounds like a plan. to reduce the time, though we could just run the first poll to be about how many future polls we should run (4,6,8, or 10). I'll get it up here in a little bit if you don't want to.

 you guys are ridiculous (in a good way).

I'm all for letting people change their nominations if they want, other than that, I say just have someone pick a number like we've been doing and move on with it.

Scores so far (pretty sure I got em all):
20,321,877,360 - DocHauser - The Columbian Hi-Ballers - Stage 4 - ShmupMAME4.2
16,490,360,320 - skate323k137 - Team NES - stage 3 - shmupmame
8,791,424,880 - ExedExes - Team NES - Stage 3 - MAME
7,629,237,890 - pierrot - Iranian Backed Hezzbullets - Stage 3 - MAME
7,046,525,500 - mjmjr25 - Iranian Backed Hezzbullets - Stage 3 (boss) - MAME
6,554,393,150 - jepjepjep - Team Smorking Area/Ramrod - St 3 - mame
2,487,338,640 - Fragems - Bhutanese Snow Ferrets - stage 2 - MAME
1,880,123,680 - SpoonyBard - Columbian High Ballers - Stage 2 - MAME
604,005,620 - Omerta - TSA - Stage 2 - MAME
237,837,250 - dsheinem - Team DFT - St 2 - mame

Need FreeMCboot? I'll install it on your PS2 Memory Card for free if you cover postage both ways.
Consoles: I have too much stuff
Arcade: No seriously, I have too much stuff. Someone grab a shovel and dig me out of my basement.

PG would be fine. Seriously, I'm sick of polls and nominations and whatever. Out of whats on here, can't do any of those on MAME except Progear and the Espgaludas (and maybe DDP2/3), so why make it difficult on everyone? As skate said, pick a number and let's be on our way.
